Starting with the game-changing, master-planned community of Ocean Pointe, and following that success with the upscale, resort-oriented community of Hoakalei, Haseko has steadily raised the standard for residential development on O‘ahu – and throughout Hawai‘i. We created a brand for this “year-round, family-friendly resort” that struck a chord in the marketplace and prepared the way for Haseko’s exciting, final phase of Hoakalei – called Wai Kai. Rising around the spectacular Wai Kai Lagoon at the ocean’s edge, this new beach town is expected to feature boutique hospitality, shopping, dining and recreation – as well as an all-new collection of waterside residences – to become the new resort destination in West O‘ahu.
