In 2006, we were among several agencies invited to compete for the strategic and creative vision of the site surrounding the new Orange County Great Park, located on the site of the former El Toro Marine Base. Our client, FivePoint, selected Strada as the agency of record because of our disruptive perspective and optimistic voice. Spanning approximately 2,100 acres in Irvine, Great Park Neighborhoods represents a paradigm shift as symbolized in the orange bike – the promise of a place designed around the simple idea of people first. Sales of the first neighborhood, Pavilion Park, began in 2013, and over the years, Strada has created a brand that celebrates freedom and connection. As a place and as a brand, Great Park Neighborhoods has become an industry benchmark.
